Trent Powers is an avid sports fan who loves cheering on his favorite teams, hanging out with his friends, and spending time with animals — especially his dog Luna. With a larger-than-life personality, he lights up every room he walks into and puts a smile on everyone's face.
There are many things that make Trent's journey unlike most of his peers. Trent's weeks are filled with therapy, his days are filled with medications and supplements, and his months are counted by routine visits to specialists around the country.
He attends therapy 3–4 times per week, and that will only increase as he grows older. He is constantly visiting different doctors across the nation for the best treatment possible.
